- Sink Fittings
- PAINT - Shelves, etc.
- Doors - the doors on the stand need to be
replaced sometime in the near future.
- Flooring - the flooring needs to be redone in
the near future
Stand Plans
The systems that were put in place the past few
years worked well. As you can see by the list, the items are things
that need to be maintained. Just a few tweaks here and
there.
The big plan for the stand is a location at the
new church, so that the stand can be integrated into a part of church
life and not use a stand for Tulip Time!

- Summer 2008 - Maintenance of the
Stand
- Feb 16 - 7 PM - Initial committee
meeting
- Mar 16 - 7 PM - Committee Planing

- Mar 21 - Sign up sheets will be set
out
- Apr 25 - 9 AM Preparation of stand, mount
wheels, cleaning, checking equipment and sanitize water
system.
- May 2 - 9 AM Rain date for
preparation
- May 5 - 5 PM - Move stand downtown
- May 6 - 7 AM - Electrical is connected
- May 6 - 5 PM - Cut Meat at the
stand
- May 7,8,9 - Tulip Time hours 7 AM - 10
PM
- May 11 - 5 PM - Move stand back @ 5
PM
- May 16 - 9 AM - Clean up Stand
& Put equipment away
